The company was founded in 1964 owned by a well-known American Company called Pfizer. It has started its activ-
ities by the production of pharmaceutical products since 1967. After the Islamic Revolution, not only the company’s
shares transferred to the “ National Iranian Industrial Organization “ but also company’s name has changed to Razak
Laboratories, and it has listed in Tehran Stock Market.
